M.A.S.H (Military Assistance Social Hub) is a registered charity dedicated to combatting social isolation. its mental health impacts on both current and former armed forces members and their families. With hubs in Bridlington, Beverley (Daytime and Evening) and Leconfield (Defence School of Transport Normandy Barracks), we offer games, activities, and events focused on social interaction, physical mobility, and cognitive stimulation. These activities, some discreetly embedded, foster engagement with our volunteers, building trust within the veteran community. By providing frequent, engaging activities, we employ a gradual approach to overcoming barriers and implementing essential support and assistance.
